Home Inn Opens 100th Chinese Hotel Franchise

The leading Chinese budget hotel Home Inn has just signed its 100th outlet, which will soon open in the Songjiang Industrial Zone of Shanghai.

This new franchise will bring the total number of its outlets in Shanghai to 17.

At present, Home Inn has more than 11,000 rooms in 31 major cities across China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing.

Home Inn has issued a slogan "Standard Year for 2006" to work to unify its brand and service and standardize the management.

In addition, it also plans to enter all the provincial capitals and those whose GDP has exceeded more than RMB100 billion.

A representative tells local media that it will continue expansion around the Yangtze Delta Region and Zhujiang Delta Region, trying to make its franchise number reach 150 by the end of the year.
