Xi'an Supermarkets Pledge To Help Shoppers

In order to strengthen self-discipline in the supermarket industry, eight supermarkets in Xi'an have jointly signed and declared their determination in serving the local citizens.
The eight supermarkets are the Home World, Hoyodo, Xinyijia, Aijia, Seastar, Renrenle, Lotus and Jingzhong Jiale.
They have signed a Credibility Manifesto and promised to abide by the ten clauses stated in the document, which include selling qualified goods, not releasing false information about the goods, being attentive and patient in answering consumers' questions, providing safe and convenient payment means and sales vouchers for the consumers, and implementing the relevant after-sales services.
