After acquiring the shares of Mei Lian Mei Supermarket, Yinchuan Xinhua Store and many other commercial properties, Wumart has now turned its eyes to hiring talented personnel.

Wumart has launched a "One Hundred Talents Plan" to recruit top management and talented personnel. It plans to train at least 100 professional technical and managing talents annually in the next five years.

Wu Jianzhong, executive director of Wumart, says that the plan does not mean that Wumart is in great need of talented staff now, but that it wants to prepare more staff for its future development and expansion.

According to the plan, Wumart will recruit top management by both selecting candidates from the current staff team of the company and from outside the company.
