Home appliance retailer Gome has opened a "home appliance hospital" to improve its after-sales service.

Customers who have purchased a special insurance Gome insurance card when they buy their electronics at Gome can enjoy an extra year of maintenance service at the "home appliance hospital".

A representative from the after-sales service department of Gome says this insurance card allows users to receive free service at the hospital.
