Five Star Launches Unified Hotline Service

Electrical appliance retailer Five Star has launched a unified hotline service for the China region.
The new hotline is 4008286666. From now on, consumers can dial this number, the first of its kind in China, to inquiry about services of Five Star, including its operations, and operation changes, and to report their complaints.
The fee for using this number is the same as making local phone calls.
A representative from Five Star says that with the launch of this hotline, they are now preparing for the construction of a call center management system.
