Zhongyu Telecom, one of the biggest handset chain corporations from Guangdong, opened 11 new chain stores in Beijing this past weekend.

Liu Dongkai, assistant general manager of the Marketing Department of Zhongyu Telecom, says that these stores are located at branded supermarkets in Beijing such as Lotus and Wangshibaili.

Liu asays that because Zhongyu has cooperated with many big supermarkets including Lotus, Tesco, and Carrefour, they should see a great expansion in Beijing. Zhongyu plans to increase the number of its stores in Beijing to 40 in September.
