Shimao Property Allies With Eight Global Retailing Giants

Shimao Property has announced the establishment of an alliance with eight global retailing giants including McDonald's, Parkson, Decathlon, Starbucks, Watsons and Vanguard.
This alliance with the eight partners is the latest development strategy for the Group since June 2006 when it formed a partnership with France's Auchan and Britain's B&Q. Shimao Property ays it will further expand its business in the national commercial real estate market.
The cooperation between Shimao Property and its eight partners will start from the commercial property projects in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Harbin, Kunshan, Shaoxing, Changshu, Yantai, Wuhu, and Jiaxing. Shimao will assist these businesses in their franching and retail operations.
