Little Sheep Opens First Top-End Restaurant

Inner Mongolia Little Sheep Catering Chain Company has opened a new restaurant called Little Sheep Shenhua in Baotou. This is the first top-end restaurant for Little Sheep in the world.

Jointly invested by Little Sheep and Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, this new store involves a total investment of RMB5 million. The headquarters of Little Sheep says that they plan to open another 50 directly-run restaurants in China and 10 more directly-run restaurants abroad in 2007, and will also make efforts to develop the franchising market outside of China.

Founded in 1999, Little Sheep has become one of the largest Chinese food chains in the world with more than 700 chain restaurants.
