Beijing Olympic Games Appoints Six Food Providers

Six new restaurants and food companies have been appointed as official food providers for the reception centers and competition centers of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Those companies include Beijing Tourist Group, Byone Global Food, South Beauty Restaurant and Beijing Airport Inflight Kitchen.
Li Qing, the director of Olympic Logistics Center, has told local media that the food providers will prepare dishes for people from 202 countries and areas. Therefore, they have a challenging task to suit all dietary restrictions and tastes. Li says that they have decided 70% of the food will be Western-style food while Chinese meals and other food will account for the rest.
