Whirlpool Sign Exclusive Sales Deal With Suning

Kurt Tjaden, vice president of the global white home appliance giant Whirlpool, announced that Whirlpool will launch eight types of new air conditioners in China from this week and has chosen Chinese electronics retailer Suning as its exclusive strategic partner in the country.
Whirlpool's first air conditioner sample store has landed in Suning's flagship store at Changning Road, Shanghai and its air conditioner products have already been sold at up to 200 Suning stores in 31 cities across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Tianjin, Chongqing and Chengdu.
With the cooperation of Whirlpool, Suning is authorized to release all the new products from Whirlpool as well as being the exclusive sales agent rights.
