Leon J. Lee came to Grand Millennium Beijing with extensive China experience, beginning in 1985 as the Resident Manager of the Hua Ting Sheraton Hotel in Shanghai. In 2001, Leon joined Corporate Intercontinental Hotels Corporate Office in Singapore prior to joining Venetian Sands Casino in Macau in 2003 and led the HR team to open the Casino on May 19, 2004.
