Huatian Hotel Group and Zhangjiajie government have co-hosted a project signing ceremony for "Zhangjiajie Huatian City" and Huatian is going to invest CNY2 billion to build a large tourism complex in Zhangjiajie.
Zhangjiajie Huatian City is situated at the station of Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain cableway. It is only two kilometers away from Zhangjiajie's new railway station, Zhangjiajie bus station and Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport. It takes 40 minutes by car to the sightseeing area in Zhangjiajie from the project.
According to Chen Jiming, chairman of Huatian Group, Zhangjiajie Huatian City is composed of a five-star hotel, office buildings, residential areas, a shopping center, a business street selling tourism products, and a bar street. The development covers a site area of 399 acres and a building area of over 800,000 square meters with a total investment of CNY2 billion. It will take two to three years for project construction and it is by far the largest urban mix-used complex in Zhangjiajie.
