Hang Lung Group's new commercial property in Dalian named Olympia 66 has opened.
With a construction area of 230,000 square meters, Hang Lung Properties previously planned to invest about CNY4.5 billion in this project to develop a seven-floor shopping center with total floor areas of about 222,000 square meters, which integrates shopping, leisure, and entertainment.
Olympia 66 Dalian will reportedly provide over 400 shops, one movie theater, one skating rink, and 1,200 parking spaces. So far, it has attracted nearly 300 tenants.
Ronnie Chan, chairman of Hang Lung Properties, previously revealed that the opening of Olympia 66 Dalian would be divided into two phases and the first phase would account for 87% of the total floor space.
Hang Lung Properties currently has ten projects in mainland China, locating in Shanghai, Shenyang, Jinan, Wuxi, Tianjin, Dalian, Kunming, and Wuhan.
