With the competition in the budget hotel industry becoming increasingly fierce, each budget hotel is busying seizing the market in central China.

Inno-Tech Holdings Limited has announced that it has invested RMB10.2 million to form a new joint venture with Zhejiang Hexiang Group to develop a business in the Chinese budget hotel sector.

China's budget hotel company Home Inns & Hotels announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31st, 2008 ans said total revenues for the quarter increased by 94.9% year-over-year to RMB357.0 million, including revenues of RMB28.2 million the recently acquired Top Star hotel chain.

GreenTree Inns announced the launch of its first outlet priced at about RMB99 per night in Shanghai.
