China Resources Vanguard, the supermarket subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Company, has confirmed that it has taken over Century Mart's Pangjiang store in Shenyang and Vanguard will re-develop it into a large retail supermarket.

Century Mart has announced plans to open a 25,000 square meter hypermarket in Jiangdong District, Ningbo.

According to the Tianjin Commission for Commerce, a number of Tianjin's large and medium-sized department stores have made six promises about providing a good shopping environment, quality products, and convenient service to consumers.

First Financial Daily has reported that Mao Jiankang, former general manager of Lianhua's south China area, will be transferred to Shanghai headquarters, and Wang Keqiang, current general manager of the southwest area, will become the general manager of the two areas.
