Chinese consumer electronics retailer and distributor China 3C Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Jinhua Baofa Logistic Ltd., a logistic company in eastern China, through its subsidiaries Zhejiang Yong Xin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Yong Xin Communication.

China 3C Group, a reseller and distributor of consumer and business products in China, has announced that it has signed a store-in-store retail agreement with Yongle China Appliance Sales Co. Ltd.

China 3C Group, a Chinese electronics retail distributor, says net sales for 2007 totaled US$276 million compared to US$148.2 million for 2006.
