The international skin care brand Fancl has opened its 100th store on the Chinese mainland at Shanghai International Financial Center.

Japanese cosmetics company Kanebo has announced that, after a year's expansion, its manufacturing plant in Shanghai has been formally completed.

According to a directive from the Beijing Drug Administration, starting from June 2010, both Chinese-made and imported cosmetics should be marked with all their ingredients and products that fail to meet the requirement will be suspended from the Chinese market.

Shiseido Liyuan Cosmetics, which is owned by Shiseido Company, has announced that having entered China for fifteen years, Aupres will launch its new skin care products this month.
