China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd. has announced that it has signed an agreement with Shenzhen Tong TransCard Co. Ltd., to accept TransCard in its Shenzhen outlets.

China Nepstar Chain Drugstore announced its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and said revenues increased 9.5% to RMB524.1 million compared to the same period in 2006.

Medicine Shoppe, a global drugstore retail company, is facing closure in China. At present, a large number of its high and middle level leaders have quit and Zhang Guofang, general manager of Medicine Shoppe China Area, is also preparing to leave his position.
