According to Ouyang Weimin, the director of the Payment System Department of the People's Bank of China, PBOC plans to issue licenses to Chinese online third-party payment platforms to bring more competition and a higher level of security into this sector of the industry.

New Defective Product Recall Mechanism For China

The Legislative Office of China's State Council is reported to be soliciting public opinion for a draft rule on defective products recall that has been submitted by the General Administration of Quality Inspection, Supervision and Quarantine of China.
