Papa John's has announced the promotion of Myles Felt to the position of Vice President of International Operations.
Felt will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's international business for South Korea and China, India and the Middle East.
There are currently 104 Papa John's franchised restaurants in these regions, with contractual commitments to open more than 600 additional units in these territories over the next six years. Felt joined the company in 2000 as Regional Operations Director.
Felt is responsible for coordinating all corporate support activities, managing the international field support staff and providing strategic business consulting services for international franchisees.
Papa John's currently operates 318 international restaurants in 22 international markets. The company's current development plans call for over 100 net new international restaurant openings in 2006.
