KFC has formally announced the opening of its new store in Beihai, Guangxi Province.

This is the twenty-first store for KFC in Guangxi province and the first one of its kind in the coastal area of the province.

The KFC Beihai store is located on Beibuwan Middle Road, covering a business area of over 400 square meters. It can hold 200 people for dining at the same time.

Bao Ruiying, general manager of Nanning KFC Company, says the KFC Beihai store is opened with great support from the local government, so it will serve the local people and tourists visiting the area.

Since entering China in 1987, KFC has set up over 1500 stores in more than 400 cities across China. The first KFC in Guangxi was opened at Weixiaotang Mall in Guilin in 2000.
