McDonald's is planning to change the appearance of its 30000 stors around the world. This is the first major change that McDonald's has carried out in the past 20 years.
Though some franchisees oppose the plan because of the renovation costs they will incur, McDonald's headquarters say they are firmly behind this plan.
During the reconstruction, the McDonald's red roof will be replaced with a curved golden roof. The yellow color will be maintained while the red color will be replaced by terracotta. The color of olive and sage green will also be added into the new appearance design.
