Ajisen Ramen Plans Hong Kong IPO

Shanghai Lingxian Food and Beverage Management Company, whose main business is the Ajisen Ramen noodle restaurants, says it will get listed in Hong Kong in the fourth quarter of this year.

A representative from Lingxian says that they hope to raise RMB100 million in the Hong Kong market, most of which will be used to develop Ajisen Ramen in mainland China.

At present, Lingxian has 108 Ajisen Ramen restaurants in China, all of which are direct-run restaurants. It plans to open another 30 more stores within this year.

The representative says that once their IPO schedule comes out, they may consider developing franchises in China.

Lingxian is not directly related to the Japanese noodle company Ajisen Ramen.
