Ace Opens Outsourcing, Storage Center In Shanghai

Ace Hardware, one of the world's largest hardware chain retailers, has set up its first outsourcing and storage center in China at the Zhangjiang High-Tech Park in Pudong.

With the establishment of this outsourcing and storage center, Ace becomes the first hardware company that has set up an outsourcing and storage center in China.

The center plans to purchase 1000 kinds of products from more than 50 Chinese suppliers, and distribute the goods purchased in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta Region to all the Ace stores around the world. This will help Ace distribute products directly according to the demands of international retailers instead of transferring them first to the United States.

A representative from Ace says that the new outsourcing and storage center will bring opportunities to the development of Ace around the world and create more benefits to Ace's international and local retailers.
