Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company has signed an agreement with Junyao International Group to manage Junyao Jin Jiang International Hotel in Yichang, which is planned to open at the end of 2007.
Junyao Jin Jiang International Hotel is located in the Junyao International Plaza at CBD of Yichang in Hubei province. Junyao International Plaza is the key investment project of Junyao International Group in Hubei province with the city's only integrated mix-use complex with hotel, offices and a theater. The five-star hotel building covers a business area of 29,000 square meters, and is 153 meters high with 240 rooms.
Under the great western development plan, Yichang now is accelerating its city development and is orienting to a tourist destination. This brings substantial business and tourism opportunities. Yichang is located on the north side of the Changjiang River in West Hubei Province. The second biggest city in Hubei, it has a history of 2,400 years. The Yichang distrinct is famous for the Three Gorges Project and the Gezhouba Project.
