California Pizza Kitchen Opens Hong Kong Outlet

California Pizza Kitchen opened its fourth location in Hong Kong yesterday.

The new restaurant, opened by CPK franchise partner Golden Pillars, is located at The MegaBox shopping center.

The new restaurant seats approximately 150 people and is located on the eleventh floor of the center, next to the United Artist Cinema. The MegaBox is Hong Kong's first vertical mega-mall grossing approximately 1.1 million square-feet. It resembles a giant red shoe box, includes 19 stories of retail shopping, dining, a two-floor all-season theme park and Hong Kong's largest indoor ice skating rink. The CPK restaurant, tastefully decorated with warm colors and rich textures, will open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The open-exhibition kitchen takes center stage where guests can watch as all of California Pizza Kitchen's innovative dishes are prepared. The menu features a wide variety of innovative items including everything from the California Club Pizza and Jamaican Jerk Pizza to Kung Pao Spaghetti and the award-winning Thai Crunch Salad. A special menu is also available for children 12 and under.

Using only the highest quality fresh produce and U.S. imported ingredients prepared daily, all California Pizza Kitchen pizzas are hearth-baked in an imported open-flame pizza oven.
