Wal-Mart Unveils More Rollback Products

Wal-Mart released more than 1,000 rollback products on July 5 in 80 stores across China, enabling consumers to enjoy better value for products and service.

"Wal-Mart seeks to become part of the communities where we operate and we are committed to offering every day low prices and high-quality products to the local customers," said Ed Chan, president & CEO, Wal-Mart China. "We are making continuous efforts to provide customers with competitively priced products while at the same time guaranteeing quality. The launch of the Rollback highlights our continuous efforts to cut costs with our suppliers as much as possible, in order to create more value for our customers."

A variety of deals will be available in all of Wal-Mart's 78 Supercenters across the country and its two Neighborhood Markets in Shenzhen. Wal-Mart is committed to saving customers money, so when it receives price adjustment Wal-Mart passes the savings on to customers by Rollbacks.

To help customers identify the rollback specials, the company has designed a special Wal-Mart label for rollback items featuring the Wal-Mart smiley face.
