The National Bureau of Statistics of China says in September the national real estate climate index was 104.99, 0.51 and 1.85 points higher than the previous month and the same period last year, respectively.
The investment index of real estate development was 104.07, up by 0.35 points from August, while jumping 2.35 points compared with the same month last year.
The index of fund sources was 103.59, 0.68 points of increase from the pervious month, while 0.04 points of increase year-on-year. From January to September, the sources of funds of enterprises for real estate development reached RMB2.53 trillion, a year-on-year rise of 37.9 percent.
