N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, a provider of extended service plans and buyer protection programs for consumer products, has opened NEW China in Shanghai.
This new business venture makes NEW one of the first customer care provider to bring full-service extended warranty products and care center support services to China retail consumers.
Since opening operations in September 2006, NEW / Xin Ke An has partnered with some of the largest consumer electronics retailers in China including Best Buy, B&Q, EBT and Gome to provide extended warranty services to customers at more than 1,000 retail locations. A dedicated customer care team answers customers' phone calls 24/7 and a broad-serving, national service network responds to customers' needs.
