Ren Ren Le To Open New Outlet In Xiamen

Ren Ren Le, the Shenzhen-based retail chain, has recently signed a contract with Huijing New City, Xiang'an District, Xiamen to open a new store in 2010.

On the completion of the store, it will become the largest supermarket outside Xiamen Island with a total area of 12,000 square meters.

Liu Mingfei, general manager for Ren Ren Le's Market Development Department, said that in the 12,000 square meters business area, Ren Ren Le will provide about 100,000 kinds of products, including daily necessities, fresh fruit and vegetables, grains, seafood, seasonings and frozen food for local customers. Residents in and around Xiang'an District will be able to enjoy various products at low prices as well as convenient services.

As a large-scale retail chain, Ren Ren Le has opened about one hundred hypermarkets and community supermarkets in 23 Chinese cities in the southern area, northwestern area, southwestern area and north area of China since it was founded in April 1996. So far, the company has realized an annual revenue of over CNY6 billion.
