Chinese electronics and home appliances retailer Suning revealed that it started sales of Xiaomi's latest-generation smartphone 1S last week, and this new product is now available in its 100 retail stores nationwide.
Xiaomi 1S features a Sharp 4-inch touch screen, resolution of 480×854 pixels, a dual-core 1.7GHz CPU, and 1GB RAM. It claims to be the fastest dual-core smartphone, which enables smooth run of games and complicated applications.
As the strategic cooperation partner of China Unicom, Suning gained the priority to sell the China Unicom version of Xiaomi 1S. A representative from Suning said that Suning has adequate supplied of the Chinese-made Xiaomi 1S to meet the purchase demand.
Apart from Xiaomi 1S, Suning will soon launch several other key products, including Pioneer's P89W and E80W, Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Note II, and Sony's LT29i.
