Heytea To Open Store In Tokyo In March 2020

According to reports in Japanese local media, China's Heytea has placed a recruitment notice on Japan's largest recruitment website Pasona, indicating its entry into the Japanese market.

The recruitment notice showed that Heytea is looking for its Japanese legal person for "Heytea Japan". The Chinese tea drink brand is expected to open its first Japanese store in Tokyo in March 2020 and it will have five stores in this marketplace in the future.

Commenting on the development in Japan, Heytea's senior director of media public relations Huo Wei said that the exploration of Japanese market is in the making, but no further information is available.

Prior to this, Heytea registered a Twitter account with the ID of "Heytea Japan" in October 2019.

At present, Heytea has launched over 400 stores. Apart from mainland China, it also deployed in Hong Kong and Singapore. Huo revealed that in 2020, Heytea will enter more places and introduce new Chinese tea drinks to the world.
