Suning Plaza previously announced via its official Weibo that Suning Plaza Business Management Company had decided to waive rent of all Suning Plaza cooperating brands from January 25 to February 8, to ease their burden caused by store closure due to the new coronavirus epidemic.
Meanwhile, to further enhance the epidemic prevention and lower operating losses, Suning Plaza would adjust business hour and open/close stores in accordance to the requirement of government.
Suning said that Suning Group had launched several rounds of donations through its global supply chain resources. By January 31, the company had donated nearly CNY8 million worth of needed goods. They also opened logistics green path, sports channel copyright and remote office system to support the fighting against the epidemic.
