Estee Lauder Group's cosmetics brand Tom Ford recently opened its largest beauty boutique store in Parc Central, Guangzhou.
The 163-square-meter flagship store features a multi-dimensional sensory experience device and provides an immersive environment and personalized customization services.
The new store continues the brand's existing luxury positioning and style, creating an exquisite and modern luxury atmosphere. The store has a large dazzling display screen to show new product information in real time.
In the fragrance area, consumers can explore the mysterious and rich fragrance world of Tom Ford through electronic interactive devices. They can also use WeChat applet to reserve exclusive personalized experience services in the special VIP skin care and makeup service areas.
Apart from fragrance and cosmetics, Tom Ford's accessories like glasses and small leather items are available in the store.
Guillaume Jesel, global brand president of Tom Ford, said that although the scale of Tom Ford cosmetics continued to expand, maintaining the positioning of luxury goods was the fundamental and principle. The launch of independent stores would help Tom Ford cosmetics consolidate its luxury goods positioning.
