According to reports in Chinese local media, Anta Group's executive director and CEO of professional sports brand group Wu Yonghua recently visited Suning's headquarters in Nanjing.
The two parties conducted in-depth communication on channel expansion, offline consumption scenarios, online digital smart retail, and supply chain cooperation, and reached consensus on specific cooperation for the next two years. In the future, they will further enhance cooperation and develop together.
Suning Plaza and Anta Group have maintained a good cooperative relationship for a long time. At present, Anta Group's brands, including FILA, Anta, Anta Kids, FILA Kids, and Arc'teryx, have launched stores in 11 Suning Plaza projects in Lianyungang, Wuhu, Chengdu, and Xuzhou.
In 2019, Anta Group's overall sales in Suning Plaza increased by 30% year-on-year, and it has built a number of tens of millions of sales stores in Suning Plazas in Chengdu, Lianyungang and Shantou.
The cooperation between Anta Group and Suning Group has currently covered various marketing scenarios online and offline. Meanwhile, the two parties will continue to optimize the exclusive product resources and service allocation of the online platform of Suning.com and Anta's flagship store, to further improve the efficiency of Anta's supply chain within the Suning system, so that consumers can perceive more fashion sports experience.
By 2023, the two parties will achieve a cooperation plan for 32 projects, deploy a total of over 100 stores, and reach a sales scale of over CNY500 million.
