Double Win Cafe Opens First Store In Zhejiang

According to reports in Chinese local media, Double Win Cafe recently opened its first store in Zhejiang in Yintai Wulin store, Hangzhou.

Double Win Cafe is a unique service-oriented coffee brand. Established in Shanghai in 2015, it currently has 18 stores in Shanghai.

Double Win Cafe considers Starbucks as its benchmark, and it adopts a differentiated strategy to compete with Starbucks. Its site selection refers to the standards of milk tea shops, focusing on small volumes and take-away.

At present, Double Win Cafe's stores in Shanghai boast daily sales of about 400 cups of coffee for each store. Based on the physical stores, Double Win Cafe simultaneously develops coffee delivery business to cover areas within three kilometers. It is said that its coffee delivery business achieves monthly sales of over 4,000 orders for each store.

According to Yu Chao, founder of Double Win Cafe, their gross margin is about 60%, and new stores can realize profit in about three months. The brand plans to open franchise in the second half of 2020, targeting the Yangtze River Delta, Chengdu, Chongqing and the Pearl River Delta.
