Beijing Outlets Brand Sees Further Expansion

The newly established Beijing New Yansha Outlets Business Operation Company, a subsidiary of Beijing New Yansha Group, has announced plans to expand its current outlets mall, the first outlets brand direct selling shopping mall in China.

Upon completion, the new outlet mall will have a total of 120000 square meters and will be formally opened at the end of this year.

Wang Lihua, general manager of Beijing New Yansha Outlets Business Operation Company, says that the schedule phase of the outlets construction will involve about 80000 square meters and it will be located to the west end of the current mall and consist of four floors in total which will be filled with boutiques, restaurants, entertainment and leisure facilities. Wang says that the extended building will complement the service and function of the current Tower A and Tower B.

Beijing Yansha Outlets Mall was opened in December 2002 and it has seen an annual income increase of 40% in the past years.

Beijing New Yansha Holding (Group) Company is a fully state owned company set up by the Beijing Municipal Government. The group has 22 subsidiaries including You Yi Shopping City Company, Beijing Lufthansa Center, Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center, Beijing Mansion Guiyou Company, Beijing Youlian Automobile Service Company, Fangshan Restaurant, Feng Ze Yuan Hotel Beijing, Hepingli Hotel, Beijing Pride Laundering and Dyeing Company, and Beijing Seal Art Company.
